Government are quick at blaming citizens for what they refer to as climate change however have you noticed any change at all in the skies in the last few years and more so in the last couple of years? Anything different? It never fails, each time I see lines in the sky, soon thereafter the skies fill up with clouds and the weather changes from bright blue sky to a hazy “full coverage” gray clouds. Blocking the natural sunlight from reaching us.
The sun has a relaxing, warming effect on the body and thus blocking the Sun is causing many people to be depressed and causing people to rely on some form of medication just to get through the day. Also without Sun there's no food. I believe, the chemtrails are a way of poisoning the people. They have been known to contain aluminum and barium, primarily. Both of these are deadly poisons. Thus here are some tips in detoxing from chemtrail spraying:
Consider buying an air purifier.
Build up your immune system as strong as possible, by eating 7 to 9 servings of well cooked vegetables. (chemtrails weaken the immune system)
Eat animal protein to help eliminate excess copper from the body.
Get direct sun light when spraying stops.
Drink plenty of spring water. Water helps to flush toxins out of the body.
Taking an enzyme is a good thing.
Take 5,000 Vitamin D IU daily.
Kelp and selenium are also needed to protect the body.
Spend at least 40 to 60 minutes, daily, in your Near Infrared Sauna.
Keep your children inside when spraying and if old try to minimize going out during the spraying.
Garlic is one of the most well-known antibacterial foods. It is also effective as an antifungal.
Take Epsom Salt baths, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure to always remove your shoes before entering your home.
Keep your home clean because any particles from the toxic metals can sneak in.
